_csg = Thru Casing

_merged = Merged (two or more passes)

_main = Main Run

_rep1 = Repeat Run - Pass 1

_rep2 = Repeat Run - Pass 2

_lower = Lower Section

_lm = Lower Section – Main Pass

_lr = Lower Section – Repeat Pass

_mid = Middle Section
